I started my career at 15 in Tokyo and moved to New York at 17 to pursue modeling full-time. For the next 15+ years, I built a career inside one of the most competitive, high-visibility industries in the world, navigating agencies, managing a public image, and learning firsthand what it means to have your identity tied to how the world sees you.

That experience gave me something most coaches and strategists don't have: a real understanding of what it costs to perform a version of yourself that no longer fits. I watched it happen to others around me. I felt it myself. And I know exactly what it takes to make the shift.

What I learned through all of it is that personal brand work is just that: personal. A brand that doesn't feel true to who you are is one you'll eventually outgrow, no matter how well it performs. The most powerful public identities are built on clarity, authenticity, and intention. That's the standard I hold for every client I work with.

I don't build brands for people. I help people build brands that are actually theirs.

Today I work as an executive coach and personal brand strategist, partnering with high-visibility women: female founders, public figures, and influencers who are ready to evolve. My approach combines the strategic rigor of executive coaching with deep personal brand expertise, because sustainable results require both.
